Dear Friends,
I hope you have had wonderful holiday season, and I hope 2010 is a prosperous and healthy year for you and your family.
The last few months of 2009 have been among the busiest of my life as I am working every moment toward the special congressional primary election on February 2nd. Our campaign is working overtime to make sure the voters in District 19 know about the race and my candidacy.

Some voters are hearing about me for the first time, and we are doing everything we can to spread the message of my candidacy through the mail, online, and as you'll see below, on television.

We are now ready to purchase significant advertising time with network and cable television stations, but we need your help to put the ads on the air.
We need to raise sufficient money this week to ensure that our commercials reach the voters the right way. We also want to finish strong and reach our important end-of-the-year goals.
